“Acceptance” is the debut album of Bob Charlotte, the ambient and soundscape project from Angel F. Monroy. The album features a collection of 9 tracks recorded in one take along 2021 using a modular synth, Elektron Digitone, FX pedals and field recordings.

“I usually make music without any specific purpose in mind; I try to avoid the urge to make anything remarkable or profitable, just letting myself go, and enjoying the process as a kind of meditation or mental break. Music, as an art form, should be something that evokes feelings while creating or listening; it is one of the most beautiful things we can experience.
Hope you like these ambient pieces and you use them as you like; where or when you decide. The fact that what I've created can reach other people offering peace, calm or any other emotion is an invaluable gift to me.

As Alan Watts wrote: “We thought of life by analogy with a journey, a pilgrimage, which had a serious purpose at the end, and the thing was to get to that end, success or whatever it is, maybe heaven after you’re dead. But we missed the point the whole way along. It was a musical thing and you were supposed to sing or to dance while the music was being played.”
